A die-cut sticker label is cut to the outline of your artwork instead of to a rectangle. That is the whole difference, and it is the difference between a logo that looks applied and a logo that looks printed on. We cut to any contour a blade can follow: an emblem, a mascot, a wordmark with open counters, a shape with a hole through the middle.
Cut types, plainly
- Die-cut (single stickers) — each sticker cut through both face and liner, so it arrives as a loose piece with its own backing. The premium option for handing out.
- Kiss-cut (sheets) — the face is cut but the liner is not, so several stickers share one backing sheet. Cheaper per piece, easier to store, and the right choice for a sticker pack.
- Half-cut with square backing — cut to shape but left on a rectangular backing, which makes peeling easy for anyone applying hundreds by hand.

Materials and finishes
Gloss vinyl for saturated colour, matte vinyl for a soft modern look that does not glare in photos, and clear vinyl where the surface colour should show through. Lamination is standard on anything that will be handled: it is what makes the label sticker water-resistant and stops the edges scuffing. Holographic film is available where you want the shift.
Vinyl handles rain, splashes and a wipe-down. It is not a solvent-resistant stock; if the sticker will meet solvents or aggressive cleaners, we will build it on polyester instead and say so.
Artwork
Send vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF with outlined text) wherever possible, because the cut line is generated from the outline. If you only have a raster file, send the largest version you have and we will draw a cut path around it. Keep important detail two millimetres inside the cut, and avoid very thin protruding elements — a five-millimetre spike will fold over in a customer’s pocket.

FAQ
Can you cut around any shape at all?
Almost. Smooth outlines cut cleanly; extremely fine points and narrow bridges are fragile. We will tell you before printing if a shape needs a small adjustment to survive handling.
Die cut or kiss cut for a sticker pack?
Kiss-cut on a sheet, nearly always. It costs less per sticker, protects the edges in transit and looks deliberate.
Boleh buat sticker logo untuk laptop dan kereta?
Yes. Laminated vinyl label stickers are the standard for laptops, helmets and vehicle glass. For long outdoor exposure on a car, tell us and we will specify a stock built for weathering.
Do you deliver?
Orders above RM 150 include delivery within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Other areas are charged a courier fee. We also supply to Singapore.
