Kuala Lumpur label work looks different from factory label work. The orders are smaller, the deadlines are shorter, and the person ordering is usually the same person who will stick the labels on by hand that evening. Most of what we print for KL is café and F&B labelling, retail and market stock, packaging for online sellers, and event and gifting runs — jobs where a sticker label has to look right in a customer’s hand within days, not weeks.
Who we print for in KL
Cafés, bakeries and F&B operators. Ingredient panels, allergen notes, expiry and batch stickers, cup and takeaway seals, and jar labels for retail shelves. These live in a chiller or a warm kitchen, so the stock is almost always a water-resistant vinyl or polypropylene rather than paper.
Online sellers and small brands. Thank-you stickers, mailer seals, product labels and the small round logo sticker that closes a tissue fold. Small quantities, frequent repeats, and artwork that changes every campaign.
Retail and market traders. Shelf and stock labels, promotional flashes, and transparent stickers applied straight onto glass or acrylic display.
Offices and event teams. Corporate gift sticker labels, name badges, door-gift seals, QR-code tags for registration and feedback, and asset labels for equipment that moves between KL offices.
Getting the job to you in KL
Kuala Lumpur is the part of the Klang Valley where delivery wins almost every time. Parking around older shop-lot areas and city offices is genuinely difficult, and a courier drop costs less than an hour hunting for a bay. So the default for KL customers is courier despatch to your office, café or home. Orders above RM 150 include delivery within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Other areas are charged a courier fee. We also supply to Singapore.
The practical consequence: send artwork early in the day. A file that reaches us in the morning goes into the queue sooner, which is what actually shortens a KL job, not the transit leg. We reply promptly.

What we ask before quoting a KL job
- The surface. A cold bottle in a chiller, a warm kraft box straight off the oven rack, and a glossy acrylic display each need a different adhesive.
- The size in millimetres, or a photo with something for scale.
- Whether it needs to survive moisture. Most café and F&B work does.
- The date you need them in hand.
Send those four and the quote comes back in one round.
Get a quote: WhatsApp +60 16-328 5000 with your artwork or a photo of the product. There is no cart and no price list here; every label sticker job is quoted to its own specification.

FAQ
Do you have a shop in Kuala Lumpur?
No. Orders are handled by WhatsApp and courier, and everything we print goes out by delivery, so there is no counter and no address to visit.
Boleh cetak sticker untuk kedai kopi?
Yes. Café and F&B labelling is one of the most common Kuala Lumpur jobs we take: ingredient panels, cup seals, jar labels and expiry stickers, on stock that survives a chiller.
How small an order will you take from a KL seller?
Small runs are normal. Tell us the real quantity and we will tell you honestly what changes at that volume.
Can you print a QR code that links to my menu?
Yes. Send the URL and we generate it, then test it at printed size so it still scans off a curved cup or a small tag.
Do you also serve Selangor?
Yes — Selangor is the other half of our Malaysian work, and it has its own page with the delivery and light-industrial detail.
