A barcode label sticker has exactly one job: scan first time, every time, off a scuffed carton in bad warehouse light. That is a printing and material question rather than a design one, and it is where cheap label stock quietly costs money — every failed scan is someone walking back to the bench.

Which sticker label stock scans reliably
Direct thermal — no ribbon, prints on your own desktop printer, ideal for despatch labels used within days. It darkens with heat and sunlight, so it is not for long-life labelling.
Thermal transfer — printed with a ribbon, far more durable, and the right choice when the print has to stay readable for months.
Art paper and mirrorkote — for barcodes we print for you in a run, on cartons kept indoors.
Polyester — for asset tags and anything that faces heat, outdoor exposure or a solvent wipe-down. Solvent resistance is a polyester and polymeric property, not a vinyl one.
Getting codes that actually scan
Send us the data, not a screenshot of a code. We generate the symbology at the correct size, keep the quiet zone clear, print at a density that holds the bar edges sharp, and check it before the run leaves. For QR codes, tell us where it will be applied: a code that scans flat on a box may fail on a curved bottle at the same size.

Can you print sequential barcode numbers?
Yes. Send the start value, the end value and the format, and it runs as variable data within a single job.
Boleh bekalkan label kosong untuk printer thermal kami?
Yes. Give us the printer model, label size and whether it is direct thermal or thermal transfer, and we supply blank stock wound to fit.
Will the barcode still scan after a month in a warehouse?
On thermal-transfer or polyester stock, yes. Direct thermal fades with heat and light, so we do not recommend it for anything that has to survive storage.
Do you deliver?
Orders above RM 150 include delivery within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Other areas are charged a courier fee. We also supply to Singapore.
