Most of our industrial work is printed on PVC label stock. PVC is a durable material made for real working conditions: it is water-resistant, copes with splashes and routine cleaning, and suits machinery, pipework, storage areas and equipment that lives outdoors. Where a label has to take solvent wipe-down, we move you to PET or polymeric stock instead.
For chemical containers we print GHS-compliant chemical labels, with pictograms, signal words and hazard statements laid out clearly in line with GHS and SS 586. Can you recommend a stock?
Yes. Tell us the surface and what the label will be exposed to, and we will recommend a stock with the quote.
Do you print small runs?
Yes. Small runs are welcome, and so are bulk orders.
When do I need PET instead of PVC?
When the label will be wiped down with solvents. PVC handles water, splashes and routine cleaning; PET and polymeric stocks are the ones we use where solvent resistance is needed.
