Description
Anything wider than 3 m or longer than 15 m is printed as an oversize banner: we print it in panels and sew the panels into one piece, which carries a single banner well past 30 m. Building wraps, hoarding runs, stadium spans and facade drops all end up here.
What to expect
There is a sewn join line where each panel meets, and it will be visible on the graphic. We split the artwork so the joins fall where they do least damage, but on a plain flat colour they show more than on a busy image. Every split panel is capped at 3 m, so the number of joins follows from the finished size.
Hanging it
At this size wind load matters more than the print. Fasten every eyelet, and for a facade drop tell us the fixing points you actually have, because a banner tied at four corners across a twenty-metre span will not last a season. Mesh is worth considering where wind is the main problem.
Sending artwork
Send the finished width and height and how it will be fixed. We will come back with the panel split, a material recommendation and a quote.
